Help & FAQ
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the code (or type the short link) and choose photos. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
What if the venue has no signal?
Guests can still pick their photos. They wait on the phone and send automatically when signal returns; the page shows "Waiting for signal". Uploads go in small pieces, so a dropped connection never restarts a file. On iPhone, keep the page open while it sends (Safari pauses background uploads); reopening the page continues where it left off.
Which formats work?
Photos (including iPhone HEIC) and videos (MOV, MP4 and more), up to 4 GB per file. We keep your originals untouched.
Can guests upload after the party?
Yes, until the upload window you set closes. Guests can ask for a single reminder the next morning.
Tips for printing signs
Print the signs from the "QR & signs" page at 100% scale. Don't shrink the code below 1.5 inches (4 cm), keep the white border around it, and avoid glossy lamination under spotlights. Test-scan one before printing them all. For NFC stickers, write the short link shown on the sign with any NFC writer app.
Who can see the photos?
By default, anyone with the event link can see the gallery. You can switch it to "guests see only their own uploads", hide it until a reveal time, require approval before photos appear, or hide anything instantly.
Who owns the photos?
Guests keep the copyright to what they take, and grant the hosts a license to keep, share and print them. See our content policy.
How does "Find photos of me" work?
It is off unless the hosts turn it on. Each guest who wants it agrees to it and takes a selfie; we compare a face template with faces in the event's photos. Templates are deleted on request, when the hosts turn it off, or automatically after the event.
How do I get everything out?
Download a ZIP of all originals (or just the best-of) any time, or connect Google Drive for an automatic copy.
